Membership Cancellation Policy

  • A 45-day written notice is required for cancellation to allow for processing time.

  • No refunds for unused membership fees.

  • Only accrued credits can be gifted.

  • Additional treatments at member pricing apply to members only—not transferable to friends, family, or gift card purchases.
